build something real.

the 4ff thesis is simple. the core of it is something you've likely thought about before.

when you build something for a few specific people, and make them love it more than anything they've experienced... some of the greatest product innovations can be stumbled upon by accident.

far before the teams who spend hours in design interaction workshops and persona deepdives.

i believe that the next device for a billion people will be built for a friend or family member first. it will likely be an accidental discovery.

that is my delusion. and it's now my reality.
